HCA Florida West Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Specialist to perform advanced and basic technician duties and support the pharmacy management team. You will handle medication preparation, sterile and non-sterile compounding, ADM replenishment, and general inventory management.

Role includes day-to-day management of specialized service functions such as controlled substances, automation, IV room administration, and billing, with emphasis on timely communication of issues.

Competenze

• Pharmacy technician certification required.
• Current Pharmacy Technician license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Mansioni

• Perform advanced and basic pharmacy technician duties accurately and timely.
• Assist in dispensing, sterile and non-sterile compounding, and ADM replenishment.
• Manage inventory, core workflow management, and support nursing and pharmacy staff.
• Oversee specialized functions such as controlled substances, automation, IV room, and billing.
