Concorde Career Colleges is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Program Director for an onsite role in Texas. You will lead a team of educators, guide students from enrollment through graduation, and connect classroom learning with practical experience to prepare pharmacy professionals.

Responsibilities include curriculum oversight, accreditation compliance, faculty evaluations, and coordinating externships. A CPHT and state licensure are preferred; Associate degree required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of practical work experience in the field.
• Hospital experience that includes IV and compounding experience.
• State-specific Registered Pharmacy Technician licensure where required by law.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) where required by state law; preferred where not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop faculty through observations, evaluations, and professional development.
• Oversee curriculum, accreditation standards, and course syllabi.
• Guide students from enrollment through graduation and coordinate externships.
• Manage department operations including budgeting, meetings, and equipment upkeep.
