Qualifications

• Customer interaction skills for assisting patients and handling inquiries
• Experience with data entry, medication preparation, and order processing within regulatory limits
• Accuracy in prescription input, labeling, calculations, and record management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining workflow and compliance standards
• Familiarity with prescription terminology and product recognition
• Effective verbal and written communication, including phone interactions with patients and providers
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and federal/state pharmacy laws
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and complete repetitive tasks
