Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ depending on location requirements).
• Board registration/licensure required where applicable.
• Ability to operate computers, registers, and pharmacy systems.
• Successful completion of required pharmacy training programs.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA guidelines.
• Proficiency in computer systems and basic math calculations.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions and data entry under pharmacist supervision.
• Prepare medications and assist with order processing within regulatory limits.
• Interact with patients, answer questions, and direct clinical questions to the pharmacist.
• Maintain records, restock supplies, and keep workspace clean while complying with regulations.
