SpartanNash is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist licensed pharmacists by preparing medications, stocking products, and supporting customer service. You will handle prescription processing, patient profiles, insurance forms, and cashier duties in a fast-paced retail setting at our Plymouth, Ohio location.

The role requires a high school diploma, state registration or certification, basic math, and strong attention to detail.

Formación

• One year of customer-service pharmacy experience preferred.
• Must have the state registration or certification.
• Basic math and ability to read and interpret documents.
• Attention to detail and product knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Stock and inventory of medicines (prescription and OTC).
• Notify Pharmacy Manager of supplies to be ordered.
• Receive prescriptions/refills from patients.
• Retrieve, count, pour, weigh, package and label products.
• Maintain customer profiles and prepare insurance forms.
• Operate cash register, show costs, make change, issue receipts.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked department.
• Abide by HIPAA and all policies and procedures.
• Assist pharmacist on duty as needed.
