Qualifications

• CA Pharmacy Technician license required
• Board certification (Pharmaceutical Technician Board) preferred in CA/OR
• High School/GED or equivalent; an Associate’s/Technical degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Pulls medications from stock and matches medications with the label generated by the pharmacist
• Maintains floor stock and rotates stock in nursing and medication areas
• Prepares IV medications in compliance with laws and regulations
• Receives orders from wholesalers; distributes stock and processes paperwork
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
