Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in processing prescriptions, data entry, and medication preparation within regulatory guidelines. You will ensure accuracy, manage records, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, compliant pharmacy workflow.

Daily responsibilities include assisting customers, handling transactions, and directing clinical questions to the pharmacist, while upholding HIPAA and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ depending on location)
• Current Board of Pharmacy registration or licensure where applicable
• Ability to operate computers, registers, and pharmacy systems
• Successful completion of required pharmacy training programs
• Working knowledge of pharmacy procedures and HIPAA guidelines
• Proficiency in basic math calculations and reading instructions
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
