Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in delivering safe, accurate medication services in a fast-paced setting. You will assist with prescription data entry, medication preparation, and patient interactions under supervision, while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Daily tasks include processing prescriptions, stocking supplies, keeping records up to date, and directing questions to the pharmacist.

Qualificações

• Prescription processing: data entry, medication preparation, and order processing within regulatory limits
• Attention to detail: accuracy in prescription input, labeling, calculations, and record management
• Organization & time management: manage multiple tasks while maintaining workflow and compliance
• Pharmacy knowledge: familiarity with prescription terminology, dosage forms, and product recognition
• Communication skills: effective verbal and written communication, including phone interactions with patients and providers
• Regulatory awareness: HIPAA compliance and federal/state pharmacy laws
• Adaptability: manage changing priorities and multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
• Physical capability: comfort with standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks

Responsabilidades

• Process prescriptions and assist with data entry, medication preparation, and order processing within regulatory limits
• Maintain records, restock supplies, and keep the workspace clean in compliance with regulations
• Assist patients and healthcare providers; direct clinical questions to the pharmacist
• Support daily pharmacy operations and ensure accurate medication dispensing and labeling
