JobRx, Inc. in Waltham, MA is seeking a full-time phone support technician to assist healthcare providers and patients by phone, coordinate medication refills, and interact with insurers on claims. The role starts onsite with training, then remote work is possible.

Our specialty pharmacy is located inWaltham MA. This is aremote opportunity, after onsite training period.

Starting salary from $23.00 an hour and up - w we also offer $3.00/HR shift differential for WEEKEND schedules.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before August 31, 2026.

We offer quarterly incentive bonuses as well as a $500 bonus for technicians to obtain their CPhT and/or CPhT-ADV credentials.

Responsibilities

• Assist health care providers and patients by phone; answering questions and requests.
• Communicate with patients and physician office staff to coordinate medication refill deliveries.
• Work with Insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.
