Responsibilities include:

• Assisting pharmacists under supervision in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Using pharmacy systems for patient and drug information, processing prescriptions, and coaching other technicians if certified.
• Providing excellent customer service and developing relationships with valuable customers.

Additional duties:

• Supporting pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, error reporting, inventory management, and clerical tasks.
• Assisting in clinical services and maintaining pharmacy cleanliness and order.

Training & Development:

• Maintaining PTCB certification and attending ongoing training.
• Fluency in English required; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred experience: retail environment, Walgreens experience, math skills, computer skills, inventory control, PTCB certification.
