Responsibilities

1. Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and procedures.
2. Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations, including coaching other technicians if PTCB certified.
3. Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging with customers, resolving issues, and developing strong relationships.

Customer Experience

Operations

• Assist in pharmacy duties, including entering information, filling prescriptions, verifying accuracy, and managing workflow.
• Report prescription errors immediately and adhere to quality policies.
• Handle sales transactions, assist customers in locating products, and support inventory management.
• Support clinical services and maintain good relationships with healthcare providers.
• Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, stocked, and orderly.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our training program and/or state requirements.
• Attend training sessions and acquire continuing education credits to stay updated in healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Additional requirements include fluency in English (excluding Puerto Rico), willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
