Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists under supervision in pharmacy practice, complying with regulations and company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug info, process prescriptions, and support pharmacy operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.

Customer Experience

• Greet customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with team members.

Operations

• Assist in pharmacy duties, including entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and managing inventory.
• Report prescription errors and adhere to dispensing policies.
• Handle transactions, including cash register duties and assisting customers in locating products.
• Support clinical services and maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through training and continuing education.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on healthcare developments.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
