Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist under supervision, in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

Additional duties involve:

• Performing pharmacy tasks such as filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and managing inventory.
• Supporting clinical services and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers.
• Adhering to all policies, including safety, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Training & Personal Development:

• Maintaining PTCB certification and attending ongoing training.
• Possessing good math and computer skills; prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
