Responsibilities include:

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy practice, following state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations such as coaching other technicians and cashiers if certified.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers, resolving issues, and developing relationships.

Additional duties involve:

• Supporting pharmacy operations, including entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and maintaining workflow.
• Reporting prescription errors and adhering to quality standards.
• Handling sales transactions and assisting with inventory management.
• Supporting clinical services and maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Personal Development:

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification, attend training, and acquire continuing education credits.
• Must be fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico), willing to work flexible hours, and ideally have retail experience, computer skills, and knowledge of inventory control.
