Responsibilities include:

• Assisting pharmacists under supervision, in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Using pharmacy systems to manage patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations.
• Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and developing relationships with valuable customers.

Additional duties:

• Supporting inventory management, processing claims, and maintaining pharmacy cleanliness and order.
• Assisting with clinical services and building relationships with healthcare providers.
• Participating in training, maintaining certification, and working flexible hours.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
