Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
• Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations, including coaching and supervising other technicians if certified.
• Providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers, resolving issues, and developing strong relationships.

Additional duties:

• Supporting pharmacy operations such as inventory management, processing claims, and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting clinical services and community outreach as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy environment and adhering to company policies.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our training program or state certification.
• Attend training sessions and acquire continuing education credits.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Prefer six months of retail experience and prior experience with Walgreens is a plus.
• Good math and computer skills are preferred.
• PTCB certification is preferred.
