Job summary

Dragonfly Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support hospice and post-acute care services. You will process prescriptions, maintain patient profiles, and assist clinical staff via inbound calls.

Join a dynamic, mission-driven team focused on quality patient care and continuous improvement. Requires 2+ years as a pharmacy technician and a valid certification (CPhT/EXCPT).

Qualifications

  • Pharmacy Technician experience in a healthcare setting is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent pharmacy technician experience.
  • CPhT or EXCPT certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Process new prescriptions, refills, and discontinuations with high accuracy.
  • Maintain complete and compliant patient medication profiles.
  • Respond to high-volume inbound calls from hospice partners, prescribers, and clinical staff.
  • Triage and resolve routine service inquiries; escalate complex issues.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and active listening.
  • Apply de-escalation techniques in urgent or emotionally sensitive situations.
  • Meet service level, quality, productivity, and documentation standards.
  • Utilize pharmacy systems and internal tools to manage workflows.
