Job summary

Dragonfly Health, a home-health care provider in Sharon Hill, PA, is seeking a pharmacy support technician. You will assist pharmacists with dispensing, packaging and labeling, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes inventory management, quality control and a safe, efficient fulfillment area. Candidates should have a high school diploma or better, completion of a pharmacy technician program, and at least six months of healthcare experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum six months of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare-related environment.
  • State Pharmacy License is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist pharmacists in daily operations, including dispensing, packaging, and labeling medications in compliance with regulations.
  • Perform prepacking duties, maintain records and uphold quality control standards to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, perform stock audits, verify expiration dates and keep storage areas organized.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of the fulfillment area and help maintain equipment and materials.
