Qualifications

Meets all state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician and must obtain PTCE or ExCPT within 9 months of job entry.
Experience with handling prescription data and third-party insurance claims is preferred.
Ability to assist pharmacist in the prescription fulfillment process and patient interactions.

Responsibilities

Process prescriptions by reading, transcribing, and entering data into pharmacy software.
Retrieve, count, pour, measure, or weigh medications for dispensing.
Assist patients with prescription orders, purchases, and HIPAA compliant documentation.
Provide member service at the pharmacy drop-off and pickup windows and maintain a safe environment.
