Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and caring patient service in Bay Minette, AL. You will follow SOPs, assist in immunizations where allowed, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include inventory tasks, collaboration with pharmacists, and flexible shifts to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for age, education and licensure/certification.
• If no minimum age is set, applicant must be at least 16.
• If no minimum education is mandated, high school diploma or equivalent or active enrollment is required.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist Pharmacists in patient health.
• Follow workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru and over the phone.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and cycle counts as directed by leadership.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and be open to feedback and learning.
• Remain flexible with scheduling and travel to stores as needed.
• Comply with federal/state laws and CVS policies to protect patient privacy.
• Deliver immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law.
