Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in Alabama stores. You will help ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and provide empathetic service to patients, while following SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include basic inventory tasks, assisting with immunizations where permitted by law, and maintaining patient privacy and safety as part of a collaborative CVS Health team.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice; licensure/certification may be required.
• If no minimum age is specified by the state board, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs and ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist pharmacists to deliver caring, empathetic patient service.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and stock management.
• Support immunizations and vaccine-related responsibilities where allowed by law.
• Maintain patient safety and privacy in all interactions.
