Chippenham Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the distribution of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist. You will fill, label, and dispense medications, maintain inventories, and ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include stock management, responding to requests, and assisting with documentation and quality checks to support safe patient care.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician required by state of practice
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• 2+ years applicable experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Fill and label medication orders under the supervision of a pharmacist
• Maintain drug inventory and patient records; perform quality checks
• Dispense medications with proper documentation and security
• Replenish stock and manage automated dispensing systems and cabinets
• Respond promptly to calls, STAT requests, and patient inquiries
