Job summary

ChenMed LLC is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Retail to support pharmacy operations, process prescriptions, and assist patients under pharmacist supervision. You will help maintain inventory, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide excellent service to patients and colleagues.

The role includes handling cash, supporting a positive patient experience, and contributing to team readiness under the supervision of the Pharmacist on duty. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of pharmacy and customer service experience.
• High School or equivalent required; Board registration may substitute education on a year-for-year basis.
• Maintain current licensure and certification as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coach pharmacy technicians in operating pharmacy systems.
• Process prescriptions and enter patient and drug information accurately.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, and copay requirements.
