Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing prescriptions, handling insurance claims, inventory management, and using EHR systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Indiana Pharmacy Technician license.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Greets customers and answer questions.
• Receives prescriptions and check their validity.
• Processes prescriptions electronically and ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Resolves issues with insurance claims.
• Selects medicines and measures dosages for prescriptions.
• Identifies ways to improve medication adherence.
• Sorts, stocks, labels medication and monitors inventory.
• Manages inventory and OTC products.
• Uses EHR appropriately and as needed.
• Undertakes administrative tasks and records.
