Kroger Co. is seeking a pharmacy clerk/customer service associate to provide exceptional customer service, assist pharmacists, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

The role supports health and wellness initiatives, adheres to HIPAA, processes transactions accurately, and helps with reception, data entry, and product dispensing. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, being 18+, and the ability to handle confidential information while following company policies and state/federal

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years old.

• Meets minimum state requirements to perform the functions related to the position.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe, clean, inclusive environment.
• Comply with local, state and federal regulations; report all illegal activity.
• Follow guidelines on cash register operation and tendering transactions (Credit/Debit, EBT, Gift Cards).
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities excluding professional judgement.
• Support HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Manage reception duties, data entry and product dispensing steps.
• Care for minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults with respect and care.
• Maintain organized work stations and customer waiting areas.
• Complete billing procedures to ensure value for customers and company.
