Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring a pharmacist's professional judgement
• Provide stellar customer experience while accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication and product dispensing processes
• Support non-dispensing services using various platforms, resources and applications
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with state/federal law and company policies
• Maintain sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding patient privacy
• Assist in coaching and training clerks/technicians
• Handle safe, accurate pricing and patient education during service
