Job summary

Pick 'n Save in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time pharmacy clerk to support health and wellness services, assist the pharmacist, and deliver friendly, accurate customer care. You will handle reception, data entry, and product dispensing while maintaining compliant workflows and a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Prior pharmacy clerk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a stellar customer experience while accurately and efficiently completing all steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist's professional judgement.
• Answer phone and triage calls and inquiries as appropriate.
• Process transactions and operate the cash register to prevent loss.
• Maintain clean and organized work stations and customer waiting areas.
• Comply with HIPAA and company policies.
