Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to handle confidential information.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a pharmacy clerk is a plus.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software (EPRN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the prescription counter.
• Assist pharmacist with duties not requiring professional judgment.
• Process transactions accurately and follow cash-handling policies.
• Adhere to HIPAA and ensure patient privacy and data security.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with safety rules.
