Job summary

You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations and other services where allowed, and contribute to a warm, compliant patient experience. This full-time role requires state licensure compliance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing practice.
• If no minimum age is set, must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru and over the phone.
• Complete basic inventory activities and cycle counts as directed.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by law and training.
• Travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed.
