Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and caring patient service in our retail stores. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where allowable, and help maintain efficient pharmacy operations.

You will complete required trainings and licensing as per state guidelines, while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive culture and delivering quality care to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If no state minimum age is specified, must be at least 16 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or active enrollment in high school or equivalent.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Assist pharmacists in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic customer service and a positive patient experience.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and support operations at the pharmacy workstation.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
• Travel to stores in the market as needed by the business.
