Qualifications

• Must demonstrate problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Must be a resident and licensed Pharmacy Technician in one of the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas or Vermont.
• Candidate must obtain Rhode Island Pharmacy Technician license upon hire (application and fee).

Responsibilities

• Handle prescription-related inquiries from customers, healthcare providers, and pharmacies with accurate, timely assistance.
• Verify and validate prescription information (dosage, medication names, patient details) per company protocols.
• Document customer concerns and issues with empathy and professionalism to resolve problems.

• Access and update customer records and prescription data using company systems during interactions.
