Job summary

CVS Health is hiring Pharmacy Technicians to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment in our retail stores. You will be the first point of contact for patients, assisting with pick-up, drive‑thru, and phone requests while following SOPs and ensuring a caring customer experience.

The role requires state board compliance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ongoing training to meet licensing and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and laws governing practice.
• Minimally, be at least 16 years old if required by state board; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist patients with pick-up, drive-thru, and over-the-phone requests; provide empathetic service.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and follow SOPs; assist in immunization and patient care services where allowed.
• Adhere to regulatory, safety, privacy, and professional standards; maintain patient confidentiality.
