Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacists and clinic teams to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pickup, drive-thru, drop-off).
• Deliver empathetic, patient-centered service and resolve issues to keep patients informed and cared for.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with receiving deliveries and cycle counts.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and protect patient privacy and safety.
