Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe and efficient prescription fulfillment at our retail locations. You will assist with daily operations, patient interactions, and adherence to SOPs to ensure a high-quality experience for every customer.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and compliance with state-board licensure and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• If no minimum age is mandated, applicant must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and SOP adherence.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru or phone.
• Assist pharmacists and contribute to a high-performing team.
• Assist with inventory and dispensing processes as permitted by law.
• Maintain patient privacy and security per CVS policies.
