CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate, and compassionate patient care in our retail stores. The role focuses on prescription fulfillment, SOP adherence, and customer service, with mandatory state licensure and ongoing training.

Responsibilities include operating within established SOPs, assisting with inventory, immunizations where allowed, and providing a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board does not address minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by following all company SOPs to help Pharmacists manage patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic, personal patient experiences at pick-up, drive-thru, and via phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with stock, returns, and cycle counts.
• Support the pharmacy team and participate in ongoing clinical and technical education.
• Be flexible for scheduling and travel to other stores as needed by the business.
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and CVS policies to ensure patient safety and privacy.
