Job summary

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacists in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Demonstrate customer service and team orientation in interactions.
• Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
• Perform basic mathematical tasks related to prescriptions.
• Handle problem resolution and escalation as needed.
