Responsibilities

• Know and implement the Cosentino Customer Service Standards.
• Receives prescriptions and assists customers with filling and pickup.
• Verifies patient details and prescriber information.
• Processes cash register transactions for prescriptions.
• Provides medication instructions and side effects information.
• Coordinates consultations with Pharmacist when requested.
• Obtains signatures for prescriptions.
• Answers calls and directs to Pharmacist as needed.
• Processes third-party documents.
• Fills prescription books and new prescriptions.
• Files patient profiles.
• Fills bins with prescription vials.
• Checks orders against invoices and shipping.
• Monitors shelf life and removes outdated items.
• Cleans shelves and maintains cleanliness.
• Complies with health regulations and safety procedures.
• Resolves customer complaints professionally.
• Operates equipment safely.
• Meets productivity standards.
