The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work with multiple departments. Training toward CPhT/ExCPT is provided within 18 months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• State board licensure per state of employment.
• CPhT or ExCPT certification within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed pharmacist in technical duties for preparation and distribution of medications.
• Accurately select, prepare, and label medications including hazardous drugs and controlled substances.
• Assist with medication distribution tasks and inventory control.
• Screen calls and route using proper etiquette.
