CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in a retail setting. You will assist with prescription fulfillment, patient interactions, and immunization services, while maintaining accuracy and safety.

The role requires adherence to state regulations, reliable attendance, and effective communication within a team. Training and certification support are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy
• If state board has no minimum age, must be at least 16 years old
• If no minimum education, high school diploma or equivalent or active enrollment in program
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Concentration on tasks over a period of time
• Pivot quickly between tasks to meet patient and business needs
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety
• Provide friendly customer service and assist patients and colleagues
• Educate patients and respond to questions about vaccines and pharmacy services
• Follow all safety, privacy and regulatory requirements in dispensing and recordkeeping
