Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our retail pharmacy team. You will support the pharmacy staff in delivering safe, accurate prescription filling and compassionate service to patients in the store.

This part-time role requires attendance across varying shifts, adherence to SOPs, and willingness to travel between market stores if needed. Immunization support duties may be included where permitted by state law and training.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing pharmacy practice.
• If state board has no minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification depend on state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacists with patient interactions and prescriptions to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and support workflow at the pharmacy workstation.
• Support immunizations and point‑of‑care testing where allowed by law and training.
