Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe and efficient prescription fulfillment within retail stores. You will interact with patients, help manage workflow, and perform duties per SOPs to ensure accuracy and exceptional service.

The role requires state licensure and national certification where applicable, with responsibilities spanning from prescription processing to immunization support.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing pharmacy practice, including licensure/certification.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist Pharmacists with safe and accurate prescriptions.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients at pickup, drive-thru, and phone.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and assist with deliveries and returns to stock.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by law and trained.
