Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering accurate prescription fulfillment and patient care. You will follow SOPs, assist with inventory, and help ensure safety and quality in every interaction.

The role requires compliance with state board requirements, a high school diploma or equivalent, and pharmacist collaboration to provide immunizations and other services as allowed.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic service to create positive patient experiences at pick-up, drive-thru, and by phone.
• Assist with basic inventory activities and cycle counts as directed by leadership.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and CVS policies.
