Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams in delivering accurate prescription fulfillment and patient care at our retail stores. You will assist with inventory, workflow, and customer interactions to ensure safe service and patient satisfaction.

In this role, you may participate in immunizations and other services where permitted, while meeting state regulatory requirements and CVS SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age, must be at least 16 years of age.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service and support at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and assist with medication deliveries and returns-to-stocks.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law and trained.
