Job summary

CVS Health is seeking Pharmacy Technicians to join our team and support pharmacy staff in delivering safe, timely, and compassionate patient care. You will help ensure accurate prescription processing, adherence to SOPs, and high-quality customer experiences in our retail settings.

You may participate in immunization activities where permitted, support vaccine programs, and travel to stores across the market to cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements (age and licensure may apply).
• High school diploma or equivalent if not addressed by state rules.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and patients with empathy and service orientation.
• Ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and label accuracy per SOPs.
• Assist pharmacists and manage workflow across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off.
• Perform basic inventory activities and support safety and privacy standards.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel between stores in the market as needed.
