Job summary

You will assist Pharmacists, follow SOPs, manage workflow at production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off windows, and help ensure a positive patient experience.

Full-time roles require state licensure or registration as applicable, completion of required training, and flexibility to travel to other stores in the market.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or actively enrolled.
• State licensure and national certification vary by state; eligibility needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow SOPs for all workflow from production to drop-off.
• Deliver empathetic customer service and resolve patient questions.
• Support immunization services and vaccine preparation where allowed.
• Maintain accuracy in labeling, inventory, and record-keeping.
