Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation for safe and accurate fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with inventory tasks and maintain controlled substance handling per policy.
• Remain flexible for scheduling across the market as needed.
