Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient care. You will follow SOPs, assist with inventory, and help deliver immunization and other services where allowed.

This role emphasizes dependable attendance, strong customer service, and compliance with state requirements and certifications. Weekend availability is expected in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure/certification.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.
• 1–3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist Pharmacists with safe dispensing.
• Assist patients with prescriptions, immunizations and services where allowed.
• Contribute to inventory tasks, cycle counts, and returns-to-stocks.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure patient safety and service quality.
