Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient care in a store setting. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations and other services as trained, and help maintain a positive patient experience.

Role requires completion of state licensure/certification requirements and the ability to travel to other stores within the market as needed.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• If the state board does not address minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• If the state board does not address minimum education, candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be enrolled in a program.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on tasks and pivot quickly to meet patient and business needs.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Demonstrate customer service and team orientation in interactions with patients and colleagues.
• Be flexible for scheduling and travel to stores within the market as needed.
