Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including age and licensure/certification where applicable.

• Active registration with the national or state board may be required for employment.

Responsabilités

• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist pharmacists in patient interactions and ensure accurate labeling and dispensing.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and empathic care at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Contribute to inventory management and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
