Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams in delivering high-quality patient care within-store operations. You will help manage prescriptions, assist customers, and uphold safety and SOP standards across multiple stations including drive-thru and front counter.

The role requires compliance with state licensing, high school education or equivalent, and a dedication to accurate dispensing and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice.
• If minimum age is not mandated, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health.
• Process prescriptions safely and accurately according to workflow procedures.
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered service at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and returns-to-stocks as directed.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law and trained.
